• Web-based – inventory and activation gateway

The Business Approach
M2M DataSmart provides competitive CDMA data rates, based on unbundled, aggregated airtime for the devices in use by you under your Service Agreement. Access to CDMA data services, that can be be tailored as needed for your go to market application.

Our pricing is simple

• An initial Set Up Fee. This covers the MDM (mobile device number) activation on M2M DataSmart Network, Gateway configuration, support and access to the M2M DataSmart seamless cellular network.
• There are no committed levels of traffic per device, no minimum usage buckets, and no use-or-lose packages.
• Additionally, should you de-register individual devices from the network, there is no penalty within your own inventory pool.

Attaching Machine Devices to the Network
M2M DataSmart works closely with leading CDMA module and modem suppliers.  M2M DataSmart offers a full suite of developer services starting with test accounts to start product development all the way through to getting your product carrier certified for commercial deployment.

M2M DataSmart’s Web-based activation service provides you with full control over your own in-service and MDN inventory.
This invaluable tool, available to our contracted partners, and incorporates a range of optional applications, including
usage-reporting extensions.

Service Monitoring and the Intelligence Database
M2M DataSmart manages its own fully integrated Network Operating Center (NOC). M2M DataSmart NOC is staffed by a fully trained team trained solely on the M2M market and it applications. Our Service monitoring capabilities are equal to that of a tier one carrier. In addition to managing customer information requests and providing internal and Web-based activation interfaces, we also can provide precise fault management and escalation to our underlying network partners.

M2M Connected monitors its network 24/7, utilizing its own internal systems.
