M2M DataSmart service is specifically designed for M2M wireless communications.

M2M DataSmart is working at simple.  Whether you have a product already on the market, or are in the beginning stages of developing your prototype, we can help. For new products, we've developed a simple 3-Step program to help you get your product to market in an efficient, cost effective way. 

Step 1: Proof of Concept

Objective: To test your base application, devices & service

Solution: M2M DataSmart Developer Program utilizing our Test Account option.

·         Includes 3 months Service and up to 5MB of data usage

·         Flat rate charge, per device, for data applications that includes airtime

·         We allow a maximum of 25 devices per customer

Step 2: Commercial Trial

Objective: Customized implementation trial

Solution: Short term services agreement

·         Includes a custom implementation and acceptance plan

·         Allows for the testing of features from enhanced or custom services

·         We allow a maximum of 150 Devices 

Step 3: Commercial Implementation

Objective: Commercial M2M service delivery

Solution: M2M DataSmart standard service agreement 

·         Customized service plans, automated tracking & billing, and bulk activations

·         Full service set implemented (location based services, VPN, Fixed IP, etc.)

·         Web based customer control of device usage

·         Web-based product activation 

The simple elements of the Datasmart platform include 90 days of access, inclusive of 5MB of CDMA data service, anywhere in the US (subject to network coverage availability). The price for each service bundle is $99.00 - billed as a pre-paid service (via major credit card).

Web-based activation

Using our Web based activation portal - the developer can start the 90 day activation period on demand, can reload the account for more data or time and can monitor the amount of data usage has occurred as well as access to M2M DataSmart specialized Technical Support.

More than Airtime

The customer is notified automatically when they reach 80% of either their usage or time, whichever comes first, to ensure evaluations proceed smoothly. The developer can buy another bundle only if needed at that time.
